Workshop Proceedings

• The abstracts of all papers will be published in printed abstract proceedings with an ISBN number.
• Research-in-progress papers will be published in full length on CD with an ISBN number.
• Full papers will be published in post-proceedings in Springer's Lecture Notes in Business Information Processing.

Journal Publication Arrangements
Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit the extended versions of their work to a special issue of the Journal of Information Systems and e-Business Management.
